Karthik is a master Airbender, called the Human Hurricane or Warrior of the Wind in the official overview. Akshay Khanna voices him.
What his introduction tells us
The series overview supplies Karthik's bending discipline and epithets. Those names suggest the reputation he has within the story; they are not a complete list of powers or an invitation to invent a combat ranking.
Where he appears in the episode guide
Episode 5 pairs Karthik with Jae as they investigate rumors threatening the girls. Meanwhile, Pavi and Nisha look for information about their parents in his office. Episode 6 places him with the sisters during a hospital emergency.
These descriptions establish that he is involved in both the public danger and the family mystery. They do not resolve what he knows or why he knows it. Follow the episodes before treating a theory about his motives as an answer.
English voice
Akshay Khanna is the credited performer. The official cast article lists Murderbot, Red, White & Royal Blue and Polite Society among his work. This is the actor credited by Paramount for this series; similarly named performers in search results should not be substituted.
